Sur flashvars il y a un url pour allez sur la page Introduction, mais moi je voudrais qu'on puissent mettre une [* Introduction] 
ou quelque chose d'autre pour allez sur la page

J'ai pas très bien compris, tu veux modifier le lien présent sur le bouton 'introduction' de ton menu par un lien vide ('#' et pas '*')?
Dans ce cas :
