Remplir des input textes avec les champs d'une table pour modif/update

Bonjour à tous,





J’ai créé une page qui me permet de sélectionner l’enregistrement que je
souhaite modifier. Je possède une table « procédure », composé de 4
clé : proc_nom (primaire) proc_description, proc_auteur et proc_chemin. Je
souhaiterai récupéré l’ensemble des champs d’un enregistrement (choisi par
rapport à proc_nom la clé primaire) et afficher la contenu des champs de l’enregistrement
dans des input text, afin de permettre leurs modification. Je sais comment
selectionner l’enregistrement mais vraiment aucune idée quand à la manière d’afficher
les 4 champs dans 4 input textes différents…





Après plusieurs recherches je ne trouve vraiment pas comment faire…





Quelqu’un peut-il m’aider SVP ?
