Comment manager 3 switch Weïdmuller via un seul d'entres eux

Hillo :)
Voilà j'ai trois Switch "Weïdmuller IE-SW8-M"
je les ai configurés en réseaux Anneaux, puis j'ai crée 2 VLAN, le problème c'est que depuis que ces VLAN existe je ne peu plus allé sur le deuxièmes ou troisièmes switch via le premier pour les manager, je suis obliger de changer mon RJ45 de port a chaque fois que je veux manager un autre Switch, ce qui est contraignant, pourriez vous m'aider ??<?xml:namespace prefix o ns "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /??>
