J'ai trouvé pour la combobox.
Il faut d'abord déclarer :
Private Declare Function FindWindowEx Lib "user32" _
Alias "FindWindowExA" _
(ByVal hWnd1 As Long, _
ByVal hWnd2 As Long, _
ByVal lpsz1 As String, _
ByVal lpsz2 As String) As Long
et puis dans la procédure command1_click, mettre :

Mais la combobox ne va pas aller chercher dans l'historique des URL quand tu la déroules. Elle a juste le même comportement que le textbox.

En tout cas, en mettant "SHAutoComplete(Combo1.hWnd, SHACF_DEFAULT)", cela ne fonctionne pas.
