Application Mdi, une fille maximisée et une autre non ?

Bonjour,



 




Alors voilà mon problème. J’ai une application MDI, dans
laquelle j’ai une Feuille Fille (Background), celle-ci est maximisée.


Mon problème c’est que lorsque j’appelle une autre fille
MDI, la nouvelle s’ouvre en maximisée, et si je la redimensionne ma feuille
background est alors redimensionnée.


C’est ce que je voudrais empêché.



 




Tant que j’y suis, un autre petit souci, comment je peux
faire apparaître l’icône d’une feuille fille maximisée à coté de mon menustrip ?

Je suis stupide, j'ai qu'a la mettre en fixed et recalculer sa taille
