Unable to create Web project

With visual Studio .net, when i want to create a new web project of any kind, i always get the message box "Web Access Failed"

Unable to create Web project 'WebService1' the UNC share '\\AMALTHIS_CM\wwwroot$\WebService1' does not exist or you do not have access.

So i don't know what to do.

Did you install Internet Information Services on your PC?
If you didn't, remove Visual Studio.net and install IIS (from the Windows's CD). The install VS.NET
