Bonjour,
I'm writing in English because my French is very bad.
This is an utility for to detect a Google weather from any Google server (where the service is available) for any city in the world without Google APIs. Purpose is to use a Unicode characters, download XML data and pictures in real time without any internet application active. Icons are from Google. All the alphabets are supported. Not all the servers and city in the annexed .csv files are supported. You can feel free to made any change and to use this code all or in part. File INIT.csv determine the default server and city. Database are on .csv format for a easy modifications with Excel or with a text editor. A small icon on desktop tell you the application is active. Left click on icon hide or show form, right click exit from the application. Not comment are included in the code.
