Si ton probleme c'est :
License Information For This Component Not Found. You Do Not Have An Appropriate License To Use This Functionality In The Design Environment.
Alors sur le site de microsoft il faut telecharger vb5cli.exe
En fait c'est un bug de Visual Basic :shock)
