J’ai un probe en cas de l’ajout des enregistrements. les champs texte te ajouter mais les case qui contient des radio buton ça donnes marche pas il s’enregistre vide dans la base de

je ne vois pas de php....

sinon, debitant s'ecrit en fait debutant, et tu devrais mettre un topic en rapport avec le probleme et non un "au secour aidez moi" qui n'a rien d'engageant, et qui ne renseigne nullement sur nos capacites a resoudre (eventuellement) ton probleme

une recherche sur exalead vous aurait peut-etre evite de poser cette question
