High speed bit transfer on usb

Hi,
I just want to know if i will have some problems with my usb interface. I want to put on usb 4 serial data of 24bits (96bits), 2 serial data of 12bits each 2ms (24bits). The data are sent by the sensor to the 68HC08JB8 which put the data on the USB. The visual basic program read this 96bits each 2ms and send in the same time 24bits to the 68HC08JB8 through USB.
Do you think that usb is enough speedy or may i have to store data in the flash memory of the 68HC08JB8 ?
