En exéctant la ligne suivante :
Shell "C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\Iexplore.exe C:\Programmes\Etats\resultats.xml"

Comment faire apparaitre la fenêtre d'IE au premier plan ???
Car elle apparait sous la boîte de dialogue VB.

", vbNormalFocus" à ta commande

tu ecris :

shell("c:\ .exe"), vbnormalfocus

et ca marche
